1. APPLICABILITY

This Subscription & Cancellation Policy applies to all services and products offered by Ycapital LLC (ReverseYourAge.co) that require recurring payments, including but not limited to, monthly memberships, annual access passes, and continuous coaching programs (collectively, “Subscription Services”).

2. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL AND BILLING

2.1. Consent to Auto-Renewal (ROSCA Compliance) BY PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS SET TO AUTOMATICALLY RENEW (RECURRING BILLING) AT THE END OF EACH SERVICE TERM (MONTHLY, QUARTERLY, OR ANNUALLY), AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO CHARGE THE APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION FEE AND ANY APPLICABLE TAXES, USING ANY PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON FILE FOR YOU.

2.2. Billing Cycle Subscription Fees are billed in advance based on the schedule disclosed at the time of purchase. Your subscription access begins the date of the first successful payment and automatically renews on the corresponding calendar day of the next cycle (e.g., if you subscribe monthly on January 15th, your next billing date will be February 15th).

2.3. Notification of Change We will notify you of any price increases or material changes to the Subscription Services at least thirty (30) days prior to the next billing date.

3. CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

3.1. When to Cancel You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.

3.2. How to Cancel Subscription Services must be canceled through the specific platform where the purchase was made.

● For Stripe/PayPal subscriptions: Contact us directly via email at hello@reverseyourage.co with the subject line “Subscription Cancellation” and include your full name and the email associated with the account.

3.3. Effect of Cancellation If you cancel, you retain access to the Subscription Service until the end of the current paid billing period. After this period, your access will be revoked, and no further charges will be applied.

4. REFUNDS POST-RENEWAL

As outlined in our Refund & Return Policy, all sales for Digital Products are generally final.

● No Refunds for Non-Use: We do not provide refunds or prorated refunds for a subscription charge if you fail to use the service during that billing cycle.

● System Error: A refund for a recent renewal may be considered if you experienced a verified system error that prevented you from accessing the Service, and you notify us immediately.

5. PAYMENT FAILURE

If a payment attempt fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), we reserve the right to attempt to process the payment again within a specified grace period. We will notify you via email of the payment failure. If the payment remains unsuccessful after the grace period, your access to the Subscription Service will be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully received.
