1. OVERVIEW
This Digital Delivery Policy describes how Ycapital LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) processes and delivers digital purchases made through ReverseYourAge.co and related platforms, including courses, guides, PDFs, and other electronic materials (“Digital Products”).
We deliver all products electronically — no physical shipping is involved.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed automatically once your payment has been successfully completed through Stripe, PayPal, or other approved payment processeors.
Orders placed through the website are typically fulfilled instantly or within 15 minutes.
You will receive an order confirmation email followed by an access email with login or download instructions.
If you purchased a course or membership, you will gain access immediately via your account.
During rare peak times or system updates, processing may take up to 24 hours.
3. ACCESS DELIVERY
a) Courses or Memberships
If your product includes online course access:
You will receive a secure login link via email.
Access is available as long as your account remains active and compliant with our Terms of Service.
Access credentials are personal and non-transferable.
b) Downloads (eBooks, PDFs, Audio/Video Content)
Download links will be sent to your registered email address after checkout.
Links may expire or be limited to a fixed number of downloads to prevent unauthorized distribution.
4. NON-DELIVERY OR ACCESS ISSUES
If you have not received your access email or cannot open your Digital Product within 15 minutes of purchase:
Check your spam/junk folder.
Verify that your payment was successfully processed.

We will respond within 24 hours to ensure delivery or resolve any technical issues.
5. INCORRECT EMAILS OR ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and billing details at checkout.
If you entered an incorrect email address and did not receive your product, contact our team as soon as possible.
We can reissue access only after confirming your identity and verifying payment.
6. FAILED DELIVERIES
If delivery fails due to:
Typographical error in your email,
Payment processor delay, or
System outage on our hosting platform
we will make every reasonable effort to restore your access promptly at no cost.
7. SUBSCRIPTION DELIVERY
If your product is part of a recurring subscription or membership, each successful renewal creates a new access period.
Renewal emails confirming your next billing cycle will be sent before each charge (where required by law).
You can cancel at any time following the Subscription & Cancellation Policy.
8. DIGITAL PRODUCT SECURITY
We implement tracking and encryption systems to secure downloads and prevent unauthorized sharing or reselling.
Sharing or publicly distributing purchased files without permission constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action and account termination.
