DIGITAL PURCHASE, SUBSCRIPTION & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Overview
All Reverse Your Age products are delivered digitally—no physical shipping.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed automatically once payment is confirmed via Stripe. You will receive:
● Order confirmation;
● Email with access or download instructions (usually within 15 minutes).
Processing may take up to 24 hours during system maintenance.
3. Access & Delivery
Courses/Memberships: Secure login credentials are personal and non-transferable.
Downloads: Links may expire or be limited to prevent unauthorized sharing.
4. Non-Delivery Issues
If access is not received within 15 minutes, check spam folders or contact
hello@reverseyourage.co with your order ID. We respond within 24 hours.
5. Incorrect Information
Customers are responsible for accurate billing and email data. Replacement access may be reissued after verification.
6. Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal
By subscribing, you consent to recurring billing (ROSCA-compliant).
Cancel anytime via your account or by emailing us at least 24 hours before renewal.
Access continues until the end of the paid term; no partial refunds.
7. Failed Payments
We may retry failed charges within a short grace period. Unresolved failures suspend access until payment succeeds.
8. Refund Exceptions
Refunds are considered only for:
● Verified duplicate charge; or
● Verified system error preventing delivery.
9. Security & Anti-Piracy
Digital materials include encryption, watermarking, and download-limit tracking.
Unauthorized sharing or resale constitutes copyright infringement and may lead to legal action.
